Contacting journalists is terrifying. You spend most of your time dreaming up content in the hope it'll be a get out of jail free card, and still you do not feel anyone quite knows how good you are at something.

PR is not just press. It is not just a social media strategy, or being clever on your Instagram with reckless abandon.
